Orange Souffle
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice or ½ cup orange crush with ½ cup water
½ cup milk
½ cup cream
2 tbsps castor sugar
1 tbsp gelatine
½ cup orange segments
Few drops orange color and essence
Method:
1. Dissolve gelatine in ½ cup warm water.
2. Mix orange juice/crush,sugar,milk and gelatine a bowl and refrigerate till semi set.
3. Remove from the refrigerator and beat till thick and fluffy.
4. Add ¼ cup whipped cream,essence, color and orange segments (saving a few for decoration) and mix well.
5. Reset in fridge.
6. Decorate with the remaining whipped cream and a few orange segments.
