Ingredients:
For coffee cups
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup sooji(rawa)
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp coffee(dissolved in little water)
For sauce
¾ cup milk
2 tbsps demerera sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp cocoa
Method:
1. Dry roast rawa in a non stick pan for 1 minute.
2. Add milk, sugar and coffee.
3. Cook till it forms a thick mass.
4. Pour into moulds or individual small bowls.
5. When cool invert onto a serving plate
6. For sauce mix all the ingredients of sauce in a non stick pan and cook until thick.
7. Pour over the coffee cups.
8. Decorate with walnuts if desired.
