Orange Cappuccino





Ingredients:
½ cup powdered non-dairy creamer
½ cup sugar
¼ cup instant coffee
1 tsp dried orange peel
½ tsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Place all items in a blender or food processor.
2. Cover and blend on high for 30 seconds stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir until well mixed.
3. Store in tightly covered container.
4. For each serving place 2 tsps mix and 2/3 cup boiling water.
