Ingredients:
2 tbsps instant coffee
¼ cup sugar
1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup water
3 cups milk
Whipped cream
Method:
1. In a saucepan combine coffee , sugar, chocolate and water.
2. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.
3. Simmer for four minutes stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until heated.
5. When piping hot,remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until mixture is frothy.
6. Pour into cups and sail a dollop of whipped cream on the surface of each.
