Ingredients:
½ c brewed espresso chilled
6 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp sugar
½ c milk
1c vanilla icecream or frozen yoghurt
¼ c heavy cream, softly whipped
Cinnamon, chocolate curls or cocoa powder for garnish
Method:
1. Place the espresso, chocolate syrup, sugar and milk in a blender and blend to combine.
2. Add the icecream or yoghurt and blend until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into two chilled glasses.
4. Top each with whipped cream and chocolate curls or a dusting of the cinnamon or cocoa.
