Ingredients:
5 tea bags
1” fresh ginger
Sugar to taste
Method:
1. Slice ginger root into thin slices and crush.
2. Heat 1 quart of water and let tea steep with the ginger.
3. Let it steep over low heat for at least 10 minutes.
4. Strain out tea and ginger slices and add sugar.
5. Let it cool and serve over ice.
