Cold drink Cake

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup maida
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup thums up with 1 tsp chocolate essence or
1 ½ cup mirinda with ½ tsp orange color and 1 tsp orange essence
2 tsp cocoa powder(if thums up is being used)
3 tsp butter/ghee
½ can milkmaid

Method: (if using thums up)
1. Mix milkmaid and butter properly.
2. Then add sieved maida, baking powder and cocoa powder to it.
3. Slowly add thums up to it.
4. At last add chocolate essence to it.

Method: (if using mirinda)
1. Mix milkmaid and butter properly.
2. Then add sieved maida, baking powder to it.
3. Slowly add mirinda to it.
4. At last add orange essence and colour to it.

5. Now for baking the cake take a pressure cooker and remove the whistle and gasket from it.
6. Grease the baking tin with ghee and little maida so as to avoid sticking of cake on to the sides and bottom.
7. Put the baking tin in the cooker for 10 minutes ,close the lid and simmer the gas.
8. After 10 minutes pour either of the above prepared mixture in the baking tin and close the lid.
9. Let the cake bake on simmer gas for 30-35 minutes.
10. Check for the readiness of cake with the help of a knife.
11. If it comes out clean the cake is ready otherwise let it cook for more 5-10 minutes till it turns to light brown colour.
12. You can decorate the cake with the help of colored cream.
13. The cake is now ready to eat.
