Bread Khaman




Ingredients:
3 bread slices
Curd
Coriander chutney (optional)
Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 green chilly finely chopped
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Oil

Method:
1. Take the bread pieces and apply curd and coriander chutney (optional) on 2nd and 3rd piece and keep the first piece on it.
2. Then in a frying pan heat some oil and add mustard seeds to it.
3. When they start crackling add the seasonings , coriander leaves, green chilly and water to it.
4. Cook this water for 2-3 minutes and then with the help of spoon pour over this spicy water on the bread.
5. Serve when hot.
