Bread Fingers
Ingredients:
2 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp Maida
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Green chilli
French beans
Carrot
Cauliflower
Onion
Capsicum
½ tsp sesame seeds (til)
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients ( except sesame seeds) in a mixing bowl with little water to form a thick batter.
2. Spread it on the bread slice, put sesame seeds on top of that and fry it.
3. Cut the fried bread slice into three long rectangular strips and shallow fry it.
4. Grate some cheese on the bread fingers.
5. Serve with chutney.
