Ingredients:
1 cup cauliflower florets
6 french beans
2 carrots
4 tomatoes
2 sliced onions
½ cup cream
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
3 tbsps ghee
For masala paste:
Grind together 4-5 chillies,2 tsps dhania,1 tsp cumin seeds,1/2 tsp mustard seeds,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 onion.
Method:
1. Cut vegetables into pieces.
2. Heat ghee and fry onions till golden.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. In the same ghee fry the masala paste.
5. Add vegetables and fry for 1 minute.
6. Add fry onions,salt ,sugar and 1 cup water and cook till vegetables are tender.
7. Add cream and mix well.
8. Serve garnished with fried onions, chopped coriander and tomato slices.
