Onion Paneer Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour
100 gms paneer grated
1 big onion finely chopped
½” ginger grated
1 green chilly minced
2 garlic cloves grated
Coriander Leaves finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Knead dough using wheat flour , water and salt to taste.
2. Keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
3. Mix all the above ingredients mentioned(except wheat flour) to form the stuffing.
4. Take a small ball of dough and roll it little bit and put the stuffing in it.
5. Carefully seal the ends of the roti so as to cover the stuffing.
6. Apply little flour to the ball of dough prepared and roll it to form thick paratha.
7. Roast the paratha on tawa using oil.
Note: Keep in mind as to not press much using the belan otherwise stuffing will come out.
