Banana, Honey and Cinnamon Smoothie




Ingredients:
1 chopped banana
150 gms natural yoghurt
1 tsp honey
150 ml milk
Large pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients (except honey) into the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Next add the honey and give it a quick whizz to blend the honey so that honey doesn’t clog and gather around the blade.
3. Pour into the glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top (if desired).
